We only need £24,000 to complete this project. Our plans were thrown awry
by the Covid pandemic . We now expect to construct the sundial in the
spring of 2021. Your help in achieving this date is vital.
We have approached the Heritage Lottery Fund,
the City Bridge Fund, and a number of corporate donors in the newspaper
industry and outside it, but so far, without success.
So, it is now up to us to make it happen.
Your help would be very much appreciated. We've made a start!
As of mid-March 2020, we have received donations or pledges for a total
of £3,200 (£2,200 from individuals (shown in red) and £1,000
fromcorporate bodies (shown in green). Every single £ is much appreciated..
only £21,900 to go!
